Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup canola oil
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 2 cups sugar
• Icing:
• 3/4 cup butter
• 3 oz cream cheese
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 3/4 cup icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Por into pan and bake for 35 minutes or until baked through. Ice once cooled.
