Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1/2 Cup gluten-free semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 Cup gluten-free all purpose flour
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp carbonated water
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla
- 1/2 Cup chopped nuts
- 1 Recipe chocolate frosting

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a small saucepan heat butter on low heat until melted. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Remove from heat.
2. In a medium bowl mix together flour, sugar, and baking soda; Add chocolate mixture. Stir in eggs, carbonated water, and vanilla until combined. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased 8x8-inch baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Frost with chocolate frosting.
Chocolate Frosting
1. In a small saucepan mix together 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tbsp butter, and 3 tbsp milk. Bring to boiling and stir for 1 minute. Mix in 1/2 cup gluten-free semisweet chocolate chips and stir until melted. Cool slightly before frosting.
