Ingredients
- Chive-Horseradish Cream:
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. grated zucchini
- 1 c. grated Gruyere
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chives
- 2 Tbs. horseradish
- 1 Tbs. lemon
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cornmeal, flour, and salt. Combine buttermilk and eggs; add to cornmeal. Stir in rest.
Fry in tablespoons in 3" oil at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes.
Combine ingredients for cream.
