Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 egg whites (beaten stiff)
- 2 cups flour (sifted)
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add water and then flour.
Remove 2 tbsp of flour and mix with 4 tsp of baking powder and add to mixture.
Add vanilla and fold in egg whites.
Bake @ 350*
35 minutes
2 round pans or 10x6 pan
