Ingredients
- 1/2 Purple onion chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1-10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room Temp)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cans artichoke hearts
- 8 oz. montery jack cheese ( cubed, room temp)
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder to tast

Step 1
Saute onions and garlic in butter, add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
