Ingredients
- 2/3 Cup Hersheys Cocoa
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1/8 Tsp Salt
- 1-1/2 Cups Milk
- 1/4 Cup Butter or Margerine
- 1 Tsp Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Thoroughly combine all dry ingredients in a heavy 4 QT saucepan
Stir in milk
Bring to a bubbly boil on Medium heat, stirring constantly
Boil without stiring to 234 degrees, Soft Ball Stage.
Be sure bulb of candy thermometer is not resting on bottom of pan.
Remove from heat, DO NOT STIR, add Vanilla and butter/margarine.
While waiting for fudge to cool, lightly butter 8X9 pan.
cool to 110 degrees, Beat until fudge thickens then quickly spread in greased pan.
Cool then eat
