Ingredients
- 3/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 cups celery, with leaves, chopped
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 9 cups soft bread cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
heat margarine or butter in a dutch oven over medium-high heat...add celery and onion, cook about 2 minutes, remove from heat and add in rest of ingredients....makes 5 cups stuffing

you can stuff the turkey or bake in a casserole dish...place stuffing in a greased 2 quart casserole and cover and bake at 375 degrees 30 minutes
