- 3 cups sugar
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 3 Tbsp Karo syrup
- 1 cup pet milk
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Mix sugar, cocoa, karo syrup, and milk and set aside for about 1 hour. Cook on low heat to soft ball stage. (watch close it will burn) Add butter and vanilla; beat and stir until ready to spread on cake.
