Ingredients
- 1 2lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 14 oz. can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1-2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/4 lb. melted Velveeta
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (sprinkle kind)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. sour cream

Step 1
Mix all ingredients, except sour cream in a crockpot. Cook on low for 5 1/2 hours. Stir in sour cream - cook for 30 minutes more.
