- Pizzelle Cookies
- 6 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 3 1/2 Cup Flour (sifted)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 4 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Cup melted butter
- 2 TBSP Anise or Vanilla Flavoring
- Mix butter, eggs, and sugar. Add anise or vanilla flavoring. Sift in Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt and continue mixing. Use with Pizzelle Iron.
- On my machine, which has two cookies per press, this makes approx 4 dozen.

Step 1
Gluten-Free Pizzelle Cookies
1/2 Cup melted butter
2/3 Cup sugar
3 eggs
1-2 TBSP Anise or Vanilla Flavoring
2 Cups GF All-Purpose/Baking Flour (I use Namaste "Perfect Flour Blend", which includes the Xantham Gum.)
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
Mix butter, eggs, and sugar. Add anise or vanilla flavoring. Sift in GF Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt and continue mixing. Use with Pizzelle Iron.
On my machine, which has two cookies per press, this makes approx 24-30 cookies.
