Ingredients

• 2 (4 oz.) pkgs. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
• 1/2 cup butter, divided
• 1/3 cup water
• 1 (3.9 oz) pkg. JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1/3 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
• 1/3 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

Step 1

Line an 8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil leaving a 2-inch overhang on all sides, set aside.
To a microwave safe mixing bowl add 4 oz. of the chocolate, 6 Tbsp of the butter and the water. Heat mixture on HIGH power 2 minutes, or until butter is melted. Whisk mixture until well blended.
Add dry pudding mix and stir 2 minutes. Mix in 1 cup of powdered sugar at a time, mixing until combined after each addition. Press mixture into an even layer in bottom of prepared baking dish.
In a microwave safe bowl, melt remaining 4 oz. chocolate with remaining 2 Tbsp butter on HIGH power 1 1/2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until well blended. Spread over fudge layer in pan, then sprinkle with marshmallows and peanuts.
Chill mixture 2 hours in refrigerator. Using foil overhang, lift fudge from pan then cut into squares. Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature.
