Deviled Chex Party MIX

Ingredients

• 3 Tbs. sugar
• 1 Tbs. paprika
• 1 tsp. ground chili powder
• 1 tsp. curry powder
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 tsp. ground coriander
• 1 tsp. groundd black pepper
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 3 cups Rice Chex
• 3 cups Corn Chex
• 3 cups Wheat Chex
• 2 cups miniature cheese crackers
• 1 cup assorted, unsalted peanuts
• 1 cup miniature pretzels

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix sugar, paprika, chili powder, curry powder, cumin, coriander, pepper and salt; set aside.
In a large microwavable bowl, combine oil and nuts. Microwave uncovered on High sbout 2 min. or until fragrant. Stir in cereals and pretzels until evenly coated. Stir in sugar mixture until evenly coated.
Microwave uncovered on High, 2-3 min., stirring every min., until mixture is thoroughly heated. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtighy container.
