Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 box (1 lb. 2.4 oz.) Betty Crocker Original Supreme Brownie Mix
  • water, veggie oil & egg called for on box
  • 1/3 c. softened butter
  • 1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. milk
  • Topping:
  • 3/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of 8x8 square pan with Pam. Make brownies as directed on box. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

In medium bowl beat filling ingredients with electric mixer until smooth. Spread over brownie base.

In small microwavable bowl microwave topping ingredients on high 30-60 seconds, stir until smooth. Cool 10 min. Spread over filling. Refrigerate about 30 min or until set.

Store covered in fridge.
