Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 3 rooibos red tea bags
- 1/4 c. honey
- juice of 1 whole grapefruit (about 2/3 c juice)
- 1 c. chopped strawberries
- juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 1/1 to 2 T juice)
- 1 c. ice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil water, add tea bags and honey and simmer on low for 10 minutes. Remove pan from heat and let tea cool to lukewarm.
2. our tea mixture into blender. Add grapefruit juice, strawberries, lemon juice, and ice, and blend to a smooth texture.
3. Pour mixture molds and add sticks.
4. Freeze until solid.
