Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1 Cup Diced Onions
  • 16 oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 Stick Margarine
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 Oz. Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Bacon Bits

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°.

Thaw hash browns for 30 minutes.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Spread in large, ungreased baking dish.

Top with bacon bits or potato chips.

Bake for 1 hour.
