- 1 Cup + 2 tbs warm water
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 Cups bread flour
- 2 tsp yeast

Step 1
Put all ingredients in bread machine in order listed.
Put machine on dough setting.
When complete, place in well greased bowl and roll around so that the dough is lightly coated in oil.
Cover and let rise for 1/2 hour.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Knead dough lightly and form into shape. Spread olive oil on dough and add toppings.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until desired consistency.
** After dough has risen, you can place in fridge if you're not able to use yet. It can stay in the fridge for up to 6 days.
** For a crisper crust, shape dough, place in oven for 5 minutes, remove from oven, add toppings, then bake again.
