Ingredients
- 2 cans water chestnuts
- 1 14 oz. bottle ketchup
- 1 lb lean bacon, cut in 1/3's
- 8 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Wrap water chestnuts with bacon, and secure with a toothpick. Combine remaining in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
Broil bacon wrapped water chestnuts on third level for 5 to 10 minutes, turn over and broil other side. Pour off grease and add sauce.
OR Bake 30 to 40 minutes for 30 minutes.
