Artichoke Dip

Baked dip- delicious served with crackers and cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mayonaise
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • sprinkle garlic sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Drain, squeeze, and mash artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients and pour into glass or ceramic baking dish or quiche dish. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until top is golden and bubbly. Serve with crackers.
