Ingredients

- 4 people
- 4 pasteurized egg yolks
- 200 ml of low fat milk
- 300 ml of cream
- 1 tbsp of golden syrup
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2/3 cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 60 g of chopped daim

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until it has a creamy texture and the yellow color is almost white. Then add the syrup and stir. In with the milk, cream and the seeds from the vanilla pod and the extract. When everything is mixed well it is ready. In the icemaker and stir until it is delicious creamy. It should have an 30 minutes in my machine. When the ice cream is close to be ready add in the daim. Come if necessary the ice cream in the freezer for an hour. Ready to serve – a delicious ice cream!
