Toll House Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup plus 2 T flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup butter
• 6 Tbs sugar
• 6 Tbs brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp water
• 1 egg
• 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1 Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
2 Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and water; beat until creamy.
3 Add flour mixture to butter cream, beating until mixed well. Stir in chocolate chips.
4 Place rounded teaspoon fulls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 11 minutes in 375° oven.
