Lemon Cool Whip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Cover baking stone with parchment paper.
2. In medium bowl, stir together cake mix, whipped topping and egg until combined. (Dough will be thick and sticky.)
3. Spray cookie scoop with PAM. Scoop cookie dough with scoop and level off on sides of bowl. Drop into bowl of powdered sugar, and roll in sugar with spoon until covered.
4. Place balls on cookie sheet approximately 2 inches apart.
5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are set.
6. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet and cool completely on cooling rack.
Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.
