Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable juice (I used spicy V8)
- 1/2 cup vodka
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 t hot sauce
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 t onion powder
- 1 t celery seeds
- 1 T horseradish
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1 lb flank steak

Thoroughly mix the juice, vodka, 1 t each sea salt and pepper, hot sauce lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, celery seeds, horseradish and olive oil in a one-gallon zip lock bag.
Add the steak and marinate in fridge at least 8 hours, and up to 24 hours.
Preheat grill, remove steak from marinade and wipe off excess liquid. Grill to taste. Slice against the grain.
