Ingredients
- ● 1 lb. bacon or sausage, cooked
- ● 3 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ● 12 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- ● 1- 1 1/2 cups milk
- ● 1 (16 ounce) package frozen hash brown O'brien potatoes, cooked

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
2. Place hashbrowns in bottom of pan and bake for 30 min at 425.
3. Decrease temp to 350℉.
4. Fry the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Crumble.
5. Place Bacon over hash browns.
6. In a large bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix in cheese, bacon.Pour mixture over bacon.
Can be covered and placed in fridge overnight at this point if so desired.
7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes until eggs have set.
