Ingredients
- 3/4 cup tahini, whisked smooth
- 3/4 cup hot water (plus more to adjust consistency to your liking)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (Meyer lemons preferably, from about 2 lemons)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Toasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Add more hot water to get desired consistency. Taste for seasoning, adjusting tahini, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper to your liking.
