  • 6 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • Nitrate free ham
  • Cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400F

In a muffin tin or a cupcake tray line however many “breakfast cupcakes” you plan to make with a cupcake liners.

Fill each liner with a slice of ham and a slice of avocado.

After the ham and avocado are in crack an egg in each of the cups.

Place in the oven for 20 minutes. The whites sound be firm to the touch.

If you don’t want the yolk to be too firm cook for about 15-16 minutes.

Once they are done sprinkle a little bit of cayenne pepper on top for a little kick!
