Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 lb can crushed pineapple & juice
- water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1 Place eggs in one cup measure, adding enough water to equal one cup. Add flour, sugar, baking soda, vanilla and pineapple to eggs/water. Spread batter in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
2 Topping: Mix 1 stick butter, 8 oz. cream cheese and 2 c. powdered sugar together. Spread on top of cake almost immediately after taking from oven.
