- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup melted butter

Step 1
Beat eggs until light. Sift together dry ingredients. Add flour mixture and buttermilk alternately to eggs (beginning and ending with flour). Add melted butter.
Can be made the night before!
