Hot Ham and Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 8 slices smoked ham, finely chopped
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- 1 bag mini toasts, crackers, or freshly sliced bread

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the ham, cream cheese, 3/4 cup each of the swiss and cheddar cheeses and the pinch of cayenne in a glass bowl.
2. Stick the bowl in the microwave for about 45 seconds to soften the cheeses.
3. Mix together until smooth. Transfer to a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the dip.
4. Slide into a 350 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes. Switch the oven to broil and cook 2 to 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
5. Garnish with parsley and serve with toasts, crackers or bread.
