  • 2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • Stir in:
  • 1/2 c. cold coffee
  • Add:
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Add:
  • 2 1/4 c. raisins

Chill at least 1 hour. Drop by rounded teaspoons about 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
