Ingredients
- Brown and Drain
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- dash pepper
- Mix in 13 x 9 pan
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups rice, uncooked
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 pkg chow mien noodles

Step 1
Add meat mixture to soup mix well cover and bake 40 minutes at 350°
Uncover and bake 30 minutes Sprinkle with chow mien noodles for last 5 minutes
