Ingredients
- 2 Cups Shredded Taco Cheese
- 1 Pkg Cream Cheese -- Softened, 8 oz
- 4 Stalks Green Onions -- Chopped
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 Cups Chicken -- Shredded
- 12 Corn Tortillas -- 6"
- 1 Can Chopped Green Chilies -- 4 oz
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream

Step 1
1. Preheat Oven To 375 Degrees.
2. In Bowl, Combine 1 Cup Cheese, Chopped Onions, Shredded Cooked Chicken, Chilies And Cream Cheese. Set Aside.
3. Heat Oil In A Frying Pan On High. Fry Tortillas On Both Sides, One At A Time, Just Until Blisters Begin To Form. Drain On Paper Towel.
4. Fill Each Tortilla With 2 Tablespoons Chicken/Cheese Mix. Roll And Place Seam Side Down In An 8 X 12" Pan.
5. Pour Cream Over Enchiladas And Top With Remaining Taco Cheese.
6. Bake 20-25 Minutes. Serve With Sour Cream, Guacamole & Salsa.
