Egg and Cheese Dip

This is a dip from the 50's that's still hanging around. It's delicious.

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 3 T. chopped onions
• 3 T. chopped green pepper
• 3 T. chili sauce or hamburger relish
• 2/3 c. chopped cashews
• 3 chopped hard boiled eggs
• 1/2 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese in mixer until soft. Then mix all other ingredients in. Serve on onion or bacon crackers.
