Ingredients
- 3-4 medium size zucchini (peeled or unpeeled)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bullion
- dash cumin
- dash coriander
- Nestle's Media Crema (1 can)
- salt
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil zucchini and garlic until tender. Drain (save 1 cup water)
2. In blender puree zucchini until smooth. Add chicken boullion, cumin and coriander.
3. Pour mixture back into saucepan. Cook over medium heat just before boiling and add media crema (you can find this in the Mexican food isle). You don't want to boil this too much after adding cream. If too thick add saved water.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste
