  • 12 oz beer
  • olive oil to lightly coat dough

Preparation

Step 1

Method: Combine and mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Add beer. Mix. Dough will be sticky, so sprinkle liberally with flour to allow handling.

Spray a cookie sheet with no stick spray, then plop the dough ball down and spread it to the corners. Once the dough is spread, coat with a light layer of olive oil.

Now you're ready to top with sauce, cheese and fixin's.

Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes, depending how crisp you want the cheese/crust.
