Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano cheese
  • 1/3 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 12 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained
  • 8 oz french bread baguettes, cut into 24 slices

Preparation

Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2 Place garlic and onion into a food processor; process until finely chopped. Add 1/4 c cheese, Miracle Whip, cream cheese, lemon juice and red pepper; process until almost smooth. Add artichoke hearts; pulse until artichoke hearts are corsely chopped.
3 Spoon mixture into a 3-cup gratin dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle evening with remaining Parmisiano cheese.
4 Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated and bubbly. Serve hot with tooasted baguettes.
