Ingredients
- Salad Dressing:
- 1 pkg Good Season's Salad Dressing "Garlic & Herb
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 3 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
- 3/4 C Salad Oil
- Salad:
- 1/4 lb Bacon (cooked & crispy)
- 3/4 C Almonds (sliced/slivered & toasted)
- 2 heads Romaine Lettuce
- 2 C Cherry Tomatoes (cut into 1/4's)
- 1/3 C Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1 C Swiss Cheese (grated)
- 1 C Salad Croutons

Preparation
Step 1
Dressing:
In a salad cruet combine dressing ingredients. The lemon juice substitutes for the vinegar. Shake well and let stand for 3 hours. Remove garlic before tossing with salad.
Salad:
In a skillet cook bacon until crispy, drain on paper towel and crumble bacon into bite size pieces. Toast almonds for 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned.
Wash, dry and chop romaine lettuce, quarter cherry tomatoes. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, swiss cheese, parmesan cheese, bacon pieces and toasted almonds. Toss dressing with salad and add croutons just before serving.
