Buffalo Chicken Dip -Slow Cooker
This recipe is great for parties! I haven't had a person yet who doesn't enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) cans chicken OR 10 ounces shredded cooked chicken (even better)
- 2 (8 ounce) packets cream cheese or neufchatel cheese
- 3/4 cup hot sauce (I use Frank's)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- Crumbled blue cheese for garnish (optional)
- 2 loaves baguette or your favorite dipping chips chips

Preparation
Step 1
1. Drain canned chicken and place in mixer bowl.
2. Add hot sauce and cream cheese and mix until blended thoroughly.
3. Add ranch dressing and cheddar cheese and mix.
4. Pour the dip into the slow cooker and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on the top.
5. Heat on high for 1 hour, then switch to warm for at least 1 more hour.
7. Serve on baguette that has been sliced and toasted, or with your favorite chips.
