Tuna noodle Casserole

This is a good tuna casserole recipe that my family likes. It is an adaption of a Campbell 's Kitchen recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 can (10 oz) Campbell Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup, or cream of celery soup (I use the low fat variety)
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp Pimentos (I use stuffed green olives)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 cups hot cooked noodles (I used whole wheat macaroni, but you could use what you have)
- 2 Tbsp dry bread crumbs (I added grated Romano cheese to the bread crumbs)
- Tbsp butter or margarine
- I also add some PC Lemon & Herb seasoning blend to sauce to taste (about a tsp)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix soup, milk, pimento,peas, tuna and noodles in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until hot. Stir
mix bread crumbs with butter cheese if using and sprinkle on top. Bake 5 minutes longer.
