Ingredients
- 4 to 6 slices (1/2-in thick) cooked pork roast (3/4 to 1-lb.)
- 1 can (17-oz.) yams, drained and cut in 1-in. slices
- 1 cup coarsely shredded, unpeeled apple
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter

Step 1
In 2-qt. casserole layer pork, yams, apple and cheese. Sprinkle with brown sugar and lemon juice. Dot with butter. Cover. Microwave at High (10) 9 to 11 Minutes, rotating dish V1/4 turn after 5 minutes, until hot throughout.
