Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 2 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 4 C pecans
- 1 stick melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually while beating egg whites.
2. Add salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to egg white mixture and mix with spatula. Add nuts, use spatula and cover nuts.
3. Add melted butter, stir and spread in shallow pan. Set oven at 325 degrees. Bake nuts until butter has disappeared about 45 min. Stir every 10 or 15 min.
