Preparation
Step 1
Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or large cookie sheet. Prepare bread dough as directed on the package of hot roll mix. Place dough on greased pizza pan. Roll or press into a 12-inch circle. Cover loosely with greased plastic wrap and cloth towel. Let rise in a warm place until dough is light and doubled in size, about 30 minutes. Heat oven to 375 F. Uncover dough and brush with milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan. Cool on a wire rack. Cut bread in half horizontally. Spread 1/4 cup of dressing on bottom half of bread. Top with 3 to 4 lettuce leaves. Layer cucumber, green pepper, onion, cheese, salami, ham and tomato. Top with remaining lettuce. Spread remaining dressing on the remaining half of bread and top the sandwich. Cut into wedges. Serves: 8.
