Ingredients
- 1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 15oz can whole new potatoes (quartered)
- 2 12.5oz cans chunk chicken
- 1 16oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 12oz can buttermilk biscuits (quartered)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray 9x13 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
On a cutting board break the chicken up into pieces.
In large bowl, combine soup, milk, and Italian seasoning; mix well. Stir in potatoes, vegetables, and chicken; mix well.
Add biscuit pieces and stir well to coat. Spoon into the baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.
