Ingredients
- 1 pkg mushroom gravy mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 cups leftover pot roast (cubed)
- 16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
- leftover potatoes and carrots from pot roast
- 1 12oz tube buttermilk biscuits

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large skillet, combine gravy mix and water; cook until smooth. Stir in beef, vegetables, potatoes, and carrots. Cook until heated.
Grease 8x8 baking dish. Pour beef mixture into the pan. Top with biscuits.
Bake for 12 - 16 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and mixture is bubbly.
