  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 cups leftover pot roast (cubed)
  • 16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • leftover potatoes and carrots from pot roast
  • 1 12oz tube buttermilk biscuits

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a large skillet, combine gravy mix and water; cook until smooth. Stir in beef, vegetables, potatoes, and carrots. Cook until heated.

Grease 8x8 baking dish. Pour beef mixture into the pan. Top with biscuits.

Bake for 12 - 16 minutes, or until biscuits are golden and mixture is bubbly.
