Preparation
Step 1
Add the 2 cans of Cola and the seasoning packet into the Crock Pot. Stir just to combine!
Set the Crock-Pot to meet your timing needs, and gently place the Pork Shoulder down into the seasoned liquid.
The Pork is fully cooked & ready to be shredded when it's tender and falls apart easily! With two forks, shred it all up..set aside!
Transfer all of the Crock Pot juices into a medium sauce pot, add in the Ketchup, Chile Powder, Steak Sauce, Corn Starch and S&P. Simmer, and occasionally stirring them until the sauce is a dark amber color & super thick!
Coat the Pulled Pork in the some of the thick sauce and build a nice, big sammy! Add some of the Cole Slaw and Onions onto your favorite Rolls, pile that Pork high & enjoy the most succulent Pulled Pork you'll ever have! All ready & waiting for you when you get home!
