Ingredients

  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1-2 TBS Oil
  • 2 Large Garlic Cloves
  • 1.5 Lbs Ground turkey or beef
  • 4 TBS of Chili powder
  • 1 TBS Cumin
  • 2 12 oz cans of crushed Tomatoes (or other tomato prod)
  • 2 TBS Hot Sauce
  • 1 TSP of Salt
  • 2 TSP of Black Pepper
  • 3/4 Cup of Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown turkey in large nostick Pot. Drain meat into a colander

2 In the same large pot heat oil on medium heat. add Garlic and onions
3. When the onions are translucent add the cooked meat to the pot and stir

4. Empty cans of tomato product and other liquids until the meat is covered.

5. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a rapid boil for one minute stirring continuously

6. Bring the temp down to simmer and let it cook for 1-3 hours. Stirring occasionally

7. Drink a glass of wine

8. Serve it over Rice / Nacho Chips/ Jax / or Cheetos with plenty of cheddar cheese
