Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs of crescent rolls
  • 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup each of your favorite raw veggies - chopped (shredded carrots, broccoli, peppers, tomatoes, green onions)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven - 375 degrees. 1. Roll out crescent rolls onto large baking sheet. Stretch and flatten to form rectangular shape. Bake 11-13 minutes until golden brown. Cool. 2. In medium bown, mix cream cheese and mayo with ½ of ranch mix (adjust to taste). Spread mixture over crust and sprinkle veggies on top. 3. Chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Cut into bite-size squares and serve.
