Banana Pound Cake

I made this just last night and this cake is very moist and has a beautiful color--and it taste great!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 Cups all-purpose, sifted Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, cream margarine with sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in bananas and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder and cinnamon and add to banana mixture. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees fro 1 hour and 10 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
