Ingredients
- One 19.76-ounce package Johnsonville Italian Links 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
- 1 green bell pepper, julienned
- 1/2 yellow onion, julienned
- One 28-ounce can chopped Italian tomatoes with herbs
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the links according to the package instructions, and bias-slice. Set aside.
In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, and saute for about 30 seconds. Add the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion, and saute until tender-crisp, about 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and sausage, and cook for 5 additional minutes. Season to taste and serve. Sprinkle with the cheese.
