Ingredients

  • 3 cups of pineapple juice
  • 1 cup of natural orange juice
  • 1/2 bottle of white wine, preferably Riesling (can use Moscato if desired)
  • Malibu Rum (coconut rum)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh pineapple slices, maraschino cherries and pineapple leaves for decorating.

Step 1

Preparation time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 pitcher, 4-6 drinks aprox. Approximate cost per person $3.50 depending on ingredients market price. You will need a pitcher, white wine glasses and a wooden spoon.

Pour the juices and the wine in the pitcher and stir with the wooden spoon, add coconut rum (one serving per person) stir again. Serve in a nice wine glass with ice and decorate with fresh pineapple slices, maraschino cherries and pineapple leaves.
