Ingredients
- 1 # ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (4oz) can mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped peppers (red green or yellow)
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbs steak sauce
- 1 pre-packaged pie crust
- 1 cup mexican style finely shredded four cheese
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes

Step 1
Follow directions for pre-packaged pie crust baking.
Brown meat with onions, peppers and mushrooms in a large skillet; drain. Return to skillet. Stir in corn, olives, ketchup and steak sauce; set aside.
Roll pie crust into 12 circle; transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Spoon meat mixture onto center of dough; spread to within 2" of edge. Fold edge of dough over meat, leaving center uncovered.
Bake 20 minutes or according to pie crust instructions. Top filling with cheese; bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
You can substitute thick and chunky salsa for the ketchup.
